‘Vintage’ is the first shadow I’ve tried from the JK Jemma Kidd line, and I’m loving it.  The packaging is not particularly cute, but it is functional and allows you to see the colour of the shadow amongst a sea of MAC shadows.  The colour itself is somewhere between Stila’s Kitten and MAC’s All That Glitters: it’s a golden-beige-peach colour that is shimmery without being glittery.  It is office appropriate and would go beautifully with a range of neutrals and colours.  It’s also very easy to work with.  It doesn’t quite have the quality of Lorac, but it’s certainly as good or better than many MAC shadows I’ve tried.  This shadow has made me really curious to try the rest of the JK Jemma Kidd line – the quality is superb.  This shadow is available from KitCosmetics.com for AUD $34.95 plus $10 domestic shipping, and from time to time on Ebay.

This is my all time favourite eyeshadow, I can even wear it on its own and it still looks great 🙂 Im just about to buy “editor” in the eyeshadow range 🙂

Oh and I forgot to say i actually like the packaging it makes it easy to see the colours. I find that NARS eyeshadows are so annoying trying to find the colours you want (the blush and eyeshadow packaging is identical!)

I’ll let you know when i get editor 🙂

oh and I got that blood orange shower gel from Kit! Not normally a fan of fruity scents but that is divine 🙂 x

That’s a gorgeous colour. I’ve never tried any Jemma Kid products, I’m going to have to pay closer attention to them next time I’m at Kit.

It’s so lovely, and looks even better in person 🙂 It’s also universally flattering. There’s an Australian seller on Ebay who sells a few JK Jemma Kidd eyeshadows for around $10 including shipping, but much better to check out the full range in Kit Cosmetics )

Editor looks fantastic! It’s go so well with Vintage, and they’ll be so easy to wear every day! I love the way Vintage catches the light – so flattering.

It is definitely helpful being able to see the colour of the eyeshadow through the packaging. I have the same problem with my Chanel Eyeshadow quads and blushes: the packaging is identical, so you have to turn each one over to see what’s inside.

That Blood Orange shower gel is so rich-smelling! How is it as a cleanser?

This looks like the perfect sort of neutral shade for me! I love it!

It looks even better in real life! Very flattering 🙂
