Priceline Discoveries: Lanolips Handcream and Maybelline Mineral Blush

I went to Priceline today, and this is what I found.

Firstly, I finally found that my local Priceline has started stocking my Lanolips Handcream that I can’t do without.  For some reason they were stashed on a low shelf right at the back of the store where staff enter and exit the shop.  I took this photo wondering if I might be thwacked by a door in the side of the head any moment; but hey, at least I found them, right?  No more paying for shipping!

I spent ages looking for this handcream at the front of the store with the rest of the Lanolips range, thinking that they would introduce another rack or something:

And does anyone else baulk at the price of L’Oreal moisturisers these days?  It seems that ‘drugstore’ prices are not that ‘drugstore’ in Australia any more.

Anyway, my other discovery was that my much-coveted Maybelline Mineral Blushes have been marked down again.  A few weeks ago on my last visit to Priceline, this was the scenario:

But today, the markdown was considerably more:

Fantastic!  I’m kicking myself that I bought Soft Mauve a few weeks ago at $14.80, but never mind.  I think I might head in next week and pick up Gentle Pink and Original Rose.  I encourage everyone to pick up one of these – these blushes are pigmented, flattering, and very natural on the skin.  They also last all day. A serious bargain!

What a shame! Perhaps the special has ended? Good work on the lanolips purchase. I am never without that stuff.
