This is the most smudge-resistant pencil liner I’ve come across. I have a big problem with mascara and eyeliner that transfer, so I use many waterproof products. Not only is this super easy to apply, doesn’t need sharpening, and makes a really black line, it stays put through the hottest days. The pictures above show you the difference between the ChanelYeux Waterproof, Stila Kajal, and Revlon Colorstay. It was hardest to make a fine line with the Stila Kajal because I can never sharpen it to a point, but the line it did make was very black. After rubbing all three lines with a tissue, the Stila Kajal virtually wiped away, Chanel Yeux Waterproof faded just a little, and the Revlon Colorstay didn’t budge. Thus, if you want a precise liquid eyeliner that won’t budge all day, use the Revlon. However, if you want a pencil liner that will look the same in the afternoon as it did in the morning, give the Chanel Stylo Yeux a try.
This is another Chanel product that is very difficult to find on ebay for a good price. I bought mine from Strawberrynet.com for AUD $33.50.
